We bought extra coverage for a fridge when the original one was over. And guess what? Few months later it stopped cooling. These things are just not built to last anymore. When I saw the repair estimate from the service guy, the bill totaled at $647. Smartest move ever to buy CYA – if it wasn’t for them I would have had to pay that all on my own! I have a few warranties with CPS, they have always followed through for me in the past. I bought a CYA warranty for my daughter’s new laptop, she was a freshman in college this year. Some idiot kid spilled a beer all over it during what she called “a rager”. I have no idea what that means and probably won’t be happy if I ever find out. All I know is that I filed a claim with CYA, and a few days later it was good as new. She was even able to take it to an authorized center on campus to get it fixed.

I’m a professional-ish photographer, stress on the ish. Got startled when I was taking photos during a nature hike, someone stepped on a twig behind me and I jumped out of my skin. Of course my new camera fell to the ground – and broke. I called CYA freaking out, spoke to the nicest customer service rep who calmed me down and walked me through the entire process. Not sure what I would have done without CYA. The camera is perfect after their repair – will only be using them in the future.

My husband and I had been using a home warranty company for years, until we got a call from CYA and we switched over. In the past with the other company, every single time we had to get a repair done it was the biggest hassle. My husband has high blood pressure, when he had to get on the phone to file a claim it would shoot through the roof. All of that went away with CYA. When we had to file a claim on our dishwasher, CYA made it a breeze. Repair was completed, no blood pressure spikes. Happy husband and happy me – I don’t have to wash the dirty dishes anymore!
